Twelve St. Coleman's Girl Scouts visited on January 27, 2012. They were given a tour by Jose Lopez Masso, Assistant Director of Development / Director of Community Relations & Karen Parparian, Program Coordinator. They learned about fundraising and volunteering. A special presentation was given by Jose's guide dog "Clemens" which they loved!

The Paradies Shops at Fort Lauderdale- Hollywood Airport recently teamed up with the Lighthouse of Broward to donate 1,300 pairs of glasses to help the visually impaired.
Broward County seniors who are blind or visually impaired now have a better chance of living a less restrictive life, thanks to a grant of $75,000 from The Jim Moran Foundation to the Lighthouse of Broward’s Vital Living program.
